How we hold and process your data.
We will collect personal data, obtained from you, in order that we can provide IT services to you. We will not share this data with third parties unless it is pursuant to work carried out for you. An example of this might be an entry in the Whois database if you registered your domain through us.
We retain all paper files for seven years after which they are destroyed. Electronic data is retained indefinitely.
If you are unhappy with the way in which we have held or processed your data, you may complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner whose details appear below.

Your rights as an Individual
The General Data Protection Regulations provide the following rights for individuals
- The right to be informed
- The right of access
- The right to rectification
- The right to erasure
- The right to restrict processing
- The right to data portability
- The right to object
- Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling (we do not use such tools)
